A board of directors governs the affairs of the Authority. It is composed of the State Treasurer, Director of the Department of Finance and Administration, and eleven public members appointed by the Governor. The President of the Authority is an ex-officio, non-voting member of the board.

The public members represent a broad cross section of interests from all geographic regions of the state. They voluntarily bring to the Authority a diversity of experience, talent and opinion.

	Anthony Brooks, President of Platinum Drywall Inc., Little Rock, AR . His term expires January 14, 2013			Sonny Jones, Self employed in the timber industry. His term on the board expires January 14, 2014.
	Jerry Webster, Webster Corporation (commercial real estate), Little Rock, AR. His term expires January 14, 2013.			Don Spears, attorney and businessman. Term on the board expires January 14, 2011. Chair, Board Investment Committee
	Martha Shoffner, State Treasurer for the State of Arkansas. She is an ex-officio member of the board.			Bob Lamb,Vice President of Community Development at Southwestern Energy Co., Fayetteville. His term on the board expires January 14, 2012.
	Art Morris, Chairman of Siloam Springs Signature Bank. His term on the board expires January 14, 2011. Chair, Board Audit Committee			Charley Baxter, Director, Patrick Henry Hays Senior Citizens Center, North Little Rock. His term expires January 14, 2013. Chair, Board Housing Review Committee
	Richard Burnett of Gassville, AR - His term on the board expires January 2012.			Richard Weiss, Director, Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration, Little Rock. He is an ex-officio member of the board.
