the employment of the following individuals:

J. D. Chambliss, a 2010 graduate of University of Arkansas,
Fayetteville,
with a BSA degree in Agriculture, joined our Examination Staff on August 2,
2010. J. D. will be working as a Bank
Examiner with our Northwest Arkansas
examination groups.

Jordan M. Hurst, a 2009 graduate of University of Arkansas,
Fayetteville,
with a BS degree in Business Administration, joined our Examination Staff on
August 2, 2010. Jordan will be working
as a Bank Examiner with our Jonesboro
examination groups.

Jordan A. Patterson, a 2009 graduate of Arkansas State University, with a BS
degree in Business, joined our Examination Staff on August 2, 2010. Jordan will be working as a Bank Examiner
with one of our Little Rock
examination groups.
