The Employee Benefits Division of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration will manage the group health and life insurance programs and other select benefit programs for active and retired state and public school employees to build quality programs that operate in an efficient and effective manner to ensure responsive customer service, promote member education, confidentially, affordability and accessibility.
