On July 13, 2010, the Arkansas Department of Labor issued and filed certified copies of its determination of the prevailing hourly rate of wages in the counties pursuant to Arkansas Code Ann. § 22-9-313. Copies of the determination may be obtained from the Prevailing Wage Division, Arkansas Department of Labor, 10421 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, or by calling Lorna Smith at (501) 682-4536. Objections to the determination should be filed with the Department of Labor within thirty (30) days after the certified copies are filed.
