EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Minimum Qualifications: The formal education equivalent of a Masters degree in public administration or a related field; plus six years experience in public administration or a related field including three years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon approval of the Qualifications Review Committee.
Preferences: Desirable candidate should possess administrative and management expertise, strong program and community development/management capacities in the arena of public or minority health, budget management experience. Familiarity with Arkansas state budget and legislative processes a plus. Some travel is required.
