Mrs. Idonia Trotter, AMHC ED & Senator Tracy Steel
A reception was also held on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 for Mrs. Trotter at Mosaic Templars Cultural Center at 501 W. Ninth Street, Little Rock, AR 72201, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00p.m. Trotter comes to the AMHC with a public health advocacy, public service and legal background. She obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law and a Master of Public Service from the UA Clinton School of Public Service.
