Here are some Flu and H1N1 Virus fighting tips from ED, Trotter!
Hi, I am Idonia Trotter, Executive Director, of the Arkansas Minority Health Commission.
The Minority Health Commission is committed to providing equal access to quality healthcare for all Arkansans.
And it is my personal mission to keep you informed on health related issues that affect our community.
Flu season is here and more than 50% of the U.S. population is expected to be affected by H1N1. I want to give you some tips, to help fight the flu this fall.
First, get a flu shot. Flu shots are about 90% effective and you can get a flu shot and the health department, your doctor's office, or at your local pharmacy or grocery store.
Next, you want to stay away from germs. Wash your hands often and use hands in sanitizer.
Now if you get sick, this season please don't spread it around. Stay at home and get well.
