Welcome to the MHBP online Preferred Provider Directory. This directory is designed to help you easily locate hospitals, physicians, pharmacies and other types of health care providers participating in the MHBP Preferred Provider Network.

Please enter a city in either the "Search In State" or "Search Out of State" box, or use the drop down arrow to scroll to the city wanted. You may then "Select by Specialty" and/or enter a provider's name in the "Search by Keywords" box. When you are finished with your selections, click the "Search" button to bring up the listing(s) requested. You may print your listing from this site.

Disclaimer: While we take great care to make sure all information is correct and complete, the network of participating providers is subject to changes from time to time. Please note that a provider may not choose to participate in the network. You should always verify that a provider is participating in the MHBP PPO Network prior to receiving services by calling the provider directly or contacting MHBP Provider Relations at 501-978-6137, option 3. You may also email MHBFproviderrelations@arml.org. Credentialing of participating providers is delegated to the individual, clinic, hospital and/or contracting entity. Providers are listed solely because they have agreed to certain financial and utilization criteria.
