Raw Material Planner

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Purchasing process to ensure on-time availability, within agreed inventory parameters, of Raw Material items
• Generate raw material purchase plan and issue to suppliers on a monthly basis
• In a close co-ordination with production planner and warehouse operations manage subcontracting process (e.g. cross-linking) to ensure on-time availability, within agreed inventory parameters
• Validate and convert system generated requisitions to firm purchase orders / stock transfer orders, communicate to vendor and file as required. Manage order-call off
• Monitor deliveries data to ensure accurate delivery dates are maintained at all times
• Conduct Inventory Analysis of purchased goods
• Review Raw Material safety stock levels and adjust as required including the management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Planning, Business Management, Supply Chain or similar technical field
• At least 1 year of significant work experience in materials planning or similar field
• Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of modern, effective production planning
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, as well as a keen attention to details
• Project management ,communication and team work skills
• English and Lithuanian language required.

Salary

2100-3000 €/mon. gross
From 2100 euros gross (before taxes) after assessing your competencies and work experience.
