You will be able to apply for the CPA Examination and pay the applicable fees via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or E-Check. The total amount will be adjusted to allow for the electronic processing of the transaction. This online service is provided by a third party working in partnership with the state of Arkansas. The fees charged through this service include funds used to develop, maintain, and enhance the state's official web portal, Arkansas.gov.

A minimum of 30 Semester Hours of undergraduate accounting courses above the principles level (or 20 graduate level hours) is required (with a minimum grade of "C"). The accounting component must include coverage of the subjects of financial accounting, management accounting, governmental/not-for-profit accounting, federal taxation, audition and attestation, and accounting information systems.
A minimum of 30 semester hours of undergraduate business courses or 20 hours of graduate business courses with a grade of "C" or better. These courses must have been taught within the business college and cannot include any accounting hours.

All applicants are required to pay an examination provider fee per section as well as a section application fee. First-time applicants are also required to pay an initial application fee of $50.00.
