Initial Narrative     V1 ACCELERATED NORTHBOUND RAPIDLY AND STRUCK A CURB A SMALL TREE ON A RAISED MEDIAN FLOWER BED A PARKING SPOT BLOCK AND THEN THE WEST SIDE OF MIGHTY CRIB (2703 LAKEWOOD VILLAGE) CAUSING EXTENSIVE DAMAGE/ENTRAPMENT. BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER WERE TRANSPORTED TO UAMS. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT HOSPITAL.
