Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST ON U.S. HIGHWAY 62 IN THE RIGHT LANE. V1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF TRAFFIC AND EXITED THE ROADWAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE. UPON EXITING THE ROADWAY V1 DROVE DOWN THE EMBANKMENT AND STRUCK A CULVERT. AFTER STRIKING THE CULVERT V1 WENT AIRBORNE STRUCK A PRIVATE FENCE AND BEGAN TO ROLL. V1 CAME TO FINAL REST OVERTURNED IN A FIELD OFF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY FACING WEST.
