Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 18 BEFORE LOSING CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND EXITING THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V1 PROCEEDED TO STRIKE A CULVERT AT AN ANGLE CAUSING V1 TO FLIP TWICE BEFORE COMING TO FINAL REST. THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER WERE EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE AFTER THE FIRST IMPACT.
