Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTH ON CHICOT ROAD. V1 EXITED THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROAD COLLIDING WITH A FENCE. V1 CONTINUED WHEN IT STRUCK A UTILITY POLE SEVERING THE POLE AT THE BASE. V1 THEN TURNED ON IT'S DRIVER'S SIDE LANDING ON TOP OF THE EJECTED DRIVER.
