Initial Narrative     ON 05/20/2025 V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON WASHINGTON. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON FLINT. V2 DISREGARDED THE RED LIGHT. V1 IMPACTED THE DRIVER SIDE OF V2 AT AN ANGLE IMPACT. BOTH DRIVERS WERE TRANSPORTED TO LOCAL HOSPITALS. THE DRIVER OF V2 SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES AT A LATER DATE.
