Initial Narrative     V2 STRUCK THE REAR BUMPER PORTION OF V1. V2 THEN TRAVELED TO THE SOUTH SHOULDER THROUGH THE GRASS OVER THE ON RAMP AND TO THE TREE LINE WHERE IT STRUCK A TREE WITH ITS FRONT BUMPER PORTION. DRIVER OF V2 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE.
