Initial Narrative     V1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO PARK ON THE SOUTH SHOULDER OF US HWY 425. V2 WAS SOUTH ON US HWY 425. V2 MADE CONTACT WITH THE PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR OF V1. V3 AND V4 WERE THEN STRUCK WHICH WERE STATIONARY ON THE SOUTH BOUND SHOULDER.
