Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON US HIGHWAY 62 BYPASS. V1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE CROSSING THE MEDIAN AND THE EASTBOUND LANES OF TRAVEL. V1 OVERTURNED ROLLING MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE COMING TO FINAL REST ON THE ROADSIDE SOUTH OF THE EASTBOUND LANES OF TRAVEL.
