Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS APPROACHING V-2 AND V-3 FROM THE REAR AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND ATTEMPTED TO LANE SPLIT BETWEEN THE TWO. V-1 STRUCK THE REAR OF THE TRAILER OF V-3 AND OVERTURNED INTO THE LANE IN FRONT OF V-2. V-1 AND V-2 CAME TO REST IN THE MEDIAN OF I-40. V-3 WAS UNAWARE OF THE COLLISION AND CONTINUED EAST.
