Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 25. V1 CROSSED THE SOUTHBOUND FOG LINE AND RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. V1 TRAVELED THROUGH THE SOUTHBOUND DITCH AND STRUCK A CULVERT CAUSING V1 TO FLIP.
