Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WEST ON SH 73. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE NORTH SIDE AND ENTERED A DITCH. V1 STRUCK A CULVERT OF NEVADA 275 AND WENT AIRBORNE. V1 COLLIDED WITH AN EMBANKMENT ON THE OPPOSING SIDE OF THE COUNTY ROAD BEFORE COMING TO A FINAL REST IN A CREEK.
