Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EAST ON LENA LANE. V1 BEGAN TURNING AND WAS CUTTING THE INSIDE CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION. V2 WAS WEST ON LENA LANE AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. V1 WAS BLACK AND DID NOT HAVE ANY FUNCTIONING LIGHTS ON IT. V2 STRUCK V1. DRIVER OF V2 WAS THROWN FROM THE MOTORCYCLE.
