Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A RIGHT CURVE WHEN IT VEERED OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. V1 CONTINUED THROUGH THE WOODS OFF A CREEK EMBANKMENT AND STRUCK THE EMBANKMENT ON THE OTHER SIDE. V1 THEN CONTINUED ON UNTIL IT STRUCK A TREE COMING TO FINAL REST FACING EAST. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY HOT SPRING COUNTY CORONER JASON CHENAULT AT 2:41 PM.
