Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER OF V2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 203 ATTEMPTING TO CROSS AT THE INTERSECTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 79. THE DRIVER OF V2 FAILED TO YIELD AND PULLED OUT INTO THE PATH OF V1. THE FRONT OF V1 STRUCK THE RIGHT SIDE OF V2.
