Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF VEHICLE #1 WAS TRAVELING WEST THROUGH THE PARKING LOT WHEN IT STRUCK MS. SIPES. THE DRIVER AND VEHICLE LEFT THE AREA NORTHBOUND ON MCKINLEY STREET. MS. SIPES WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY HOSPITAL STAFF AT UAMS.
