Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 294 AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. V1 CAME TO A SLIGHT CURVE TO THE LEFT IN THE ROAD AND LEFT THE ROADWAY AND TRAVELED INTO THE SOUTH DITCH HITTING A DRIVEWAY CULVERT AND GOING AIRBOURNE. V1 LANDED ON THE RIGHT PASSENGER SIDE AND ROLLED SEVERAL TIMES.
