Initial Narrative     V-1 EXITED A RIGHT-HAND CURVE WESTBOUND ON HWY 8 EAST. V-1 BEGAN A SLIGHT CLOCKWISE ROTATION AS IT LEFT THE ROADWAY AND IMPACTED A TREE ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. V-1 OPERATOR WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER GARRETT LUNDBERG.
