Initial Narrative     V1 AND V2 WERE BOTH NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 67. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS LAYING IN THE OUTSIDE LANE OF THE HIGHWAY. V1 WAS UNABLE TO SEE THE PEDESTRIAN IN TIME AND STRUCK HIM. V2 THEN STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN AS WELL. V1 AND V2 DRIVERS AND ONE PASSENGER WERE NOT INJURED.
