Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON BAKER WILLIS PKWY. V1 VEERED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE RIGHT SIDE OF V1 STRUCK A TREE. V1 SPUN AROUND AND CAME TO REST PARTIALLY ON THE NORTHBOUND LANE AND THE EAST SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY FACING SOUTH.
