Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON DEE AVE WHEN THE DRIVER SUFFERED WHAT IS BELIEVED TO BE A DIABETIC SHOCK INCAPACITATING THE DRIVER CAUSING V-1 TO LEAVE THE ROADWAY AND STRIKE A TREE. DRIVER SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES ON 4/20/20 AT APPROX 4:15 AM.
