Initial Narrative     PEDESTRIAN WAS STRUCK ON INTERSTATE 30 NEAR THE REST AREA AT THE 8 MILE MARKER. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS STRUCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OUTSIDE LANE BY AN UNKNOWN TRACTOR TRAILER THAT LEFT THE SCENE.
