Initial Narrative     V1 PAST THE PRIVATE DRIVE OF 104 YOUNES DRIVE. THE DRIVER OF V1 ATTEMPTED TO REDUCE SPEED WHEN THE BRAKES APPARENTLY FAILED. THE DRIVER OF V1 JUMPED OUT OF THE VEHICLE RESULTING IN SEVERE INJURY. THE UNOCCUPIED VEHICLE CONTINUED STRUCKING 2 TREES AND 2 FENCE T-POSTS.
