PEDESTRIAN FAILED TO STOP AT A RED LIGHT ENTERED THE INTERSECTION AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED AT CHI ST. VINCENT'S AT 5:10 PM BY DR/ JOHN WEBB. DRIVER OF V1 WAS NOT INJURED.
