Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON EUREKA GARDENS ROAD AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE. THE VEHICLE LEFT THE ROADWAY AND IMPACTED A LARGE TREE AND THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED.
