Initial Narrative     TRAFFIC WAS CONGESTED FROM A PRIOR CRASH ON U.S. HIGHWAY 67. VEHICLES 2 THROUGH 5 WERE STOPPED IN TRAFFIC IN THE LEFT SOUTHBOUND LANE. V-1 WAS TRAVELLING SOUTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 67 IN THE LEFT LANE. THE DRIVER OF V-1 FAILED TO STOP FOR TRAFFIC AND IMPACTED THE REAR OF V-2. AFTER IMPACT IT CAUSED A CHAIN REACTION OF FRONT TO REAR COLLISIONS BETEWEEN THE OTHER VEHICLES.
