Initial Narrative     V2 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON HIGHWAY 18 IN THE INSIDE LANE APPROACHING 1ST STREET. V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON 1ST STREET APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION WITH HIGHWAY 18. V1 DROVE AROUND A VEHICLE THAT WAS COMING TO A STOP AT THE INTERSECTION. V1 DISREGARDED STOP SIGN AND ENTERED HIGHWAY 18 AS V2 WAS GOING THROUGH THE INTERSECTION. V1 STRUCK THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE TRAILER REAR WHEELS.
