Initial Narrative     V1 WAS STOPPED IN LANE 2 DUE TO THE PULASKI COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT PREVIOUSLY RESPONDING TO A VEHICLE FIRE ON I40 NEAR MILE MARKER 163. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE WAS BLOCKING LANE #2. THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON THE FIRE DEPARTMENT VEHICLE WERE ON. THE FRONT OF V2 STRUCK THE REAR OF V1. THE IMPACT SLIGHTLY MOVED V1 TO THE LEFT. V2 ROTATED COUNTER CLOCK WISE AND COME TO A FINAL STOP BLOCKING LANE #1 AND #2.
