Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 40. V1 TRAVELED ONTO THE 142 EXIT RAMP LOST CONTROL AND LEFT THE ROADWAY. V1 THEN TRAVELED DOWN AN EMBANKMENT STRUCK A TREE AND CAUGHT FIRE.
