Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 30 ONTO INTERSTATE 630 WEST. WHILE NEGOTIATING A CURVE DRIVER OF V1 LOST CONTROL. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY STRUCK A SIGN SUPPORT AND THE GUARD RAIL. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONER.
