Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 35 NORTH IN THE 9000 BLOCK WHEN HE LOST CONTROL WHILE NEGOTIATING A CURVE AND CROSSED THE CENTER LINE COLLIDING WITH V-2 NEAREST THE SOUTHBOUND DITCH. V-2 ATTEMPTED TO AVOID THE COLLISION BY MOVING TOWARDS THE SOUTHBOUND DITCH.
