Initial Narrative     FOR UNKNOWN REASON THE OPERATOR OF V-1 PULLED OVER ONTO THE SHOULDER OF I-30 NEAR THE 93 MILE MARKER EASTBOUND. WHILE STANDING OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE AN UNKNOWN VEHICLE (V-2) WAS TRAVELING IN THE OUTSIDE LANE PASSING BY V-1. THE UNKNOWN VEHICLE STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN OF V-1. THE UNKNOWN VEHICLE CONTINUED TO TRAVEL EASTBOUND AND WAS UNABLE TO BE LOCATED.
