Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 275 WHEN HE FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A RIGHT-HAND CURVE. V-1 TRAVELED ACROSS THE CENTER OF THE ROADWAY THROUGH THE OPPOSITE TRAFFIC LANE EXITING THE ROADWAY AND ENTERED THE NORTHBOUND DITCH. THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE MADE AN IMPACT WITH A TREE WHERE IT CAME TO REST AGAINST THE TREE.
