Initial Narrative     V1 WAS DRIVING NORTH ON HIGHWAY 229. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT STRIKING THE END OF THE METAL GUARDRAIL BEFORE GOING DOWN THE RIVER EMBANKMENT. V1 CAME TO FINAL REST UPSIDE DOWN FULLY SUBMERGED IN THE RIVER FACING IN A SOUTHWEST DIRECTION.
