Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 274. V1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE INTO THE EASTBOUND LANE AND STRUCK V2 HEAD-ON.AFTER IMPACT V1 ROTATED COUNTER CLOCKWISE AND CAME TO FINAL REST IN THE NORTH ROADSIDE. AFTER IMPACT V2 DEPARTED THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND CAME TO FINAL REST IN THE SOUTH ROADSIDE.
