Initial Narrative     V1 WAS DRIVING NORTH ON SH112/SW H ST WHEN V2 TURNED FROM THE SOUTHBOUND LANE LEFT INTO A CONSTRUCTION AREA. AS V2 TURNED IT ENTERED V1'S PATH. DRIVER OF V1 WAS THROWN FROM V1 AND ALSO STRUCK THE REAR OF V2'S FLATBED.
