Initial Narrative     V1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE AND RAN OFF OF THE ROADWAY ON THE LEFT SIDE. V1 STRUCK AN OLD PIECE OF FARM EQUIPMENT THEN STRUCK A TREE HEAD ON AND CAME TO A FINAL REST. DRIVER SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES ON JULY 1 2021.
