Initial Narrative     VEHICLE 1 WAS BACKING NORTHBOUND ON THE SOUTHBOUND SHOULDER. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS BEHIND V1 JOGGING NORTHBOUND AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO UAMS WHERE HE SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES.
