Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WEST ON INTERSTATE 40 WHEN THE OPERATOR HAD TIRE FAILURE AND LOST CONTROL. V1 ENTERED THE MEDIAN AND OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES. V1 CAME TO FINAL REST IN THE EASTBOUND LANES.
