Initial Narrative     OPERATOR OF VEHICLE 1 WAS WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 16 AND NEGOTIATING A LEFT CURVE. THE CRASH OCCURRED WHEN V1 EXITED THE ROADWAY RIGHT AND COLLIDED WITH THE DITCH. AT FINAL REST V1 WAS IN THE SOUTH DITCH FACING SOUTHEAST.
