Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING ON PAWNEE DR APPROACHING HWY 67 WHEN IT FAILED TO STOP AT THE STOP SIGN. V1 STRUCK V2 AS IT TRAVELED SOUTH ON HWY 67. THIS FORCED V2 INTO THE NORTHBOUND LANE OF HWY 67 CAUSING IT TO SIDESWIPE V3 BEFORE MAKING CONTACT WITH V4 WHO WAS ALSO IN THE NORTH BOUND LANE OF HWY 67. V1 LEFT THE SCENE.
